All meat shipped by MACSEI meet the highest standards of each respective country’s meat inspection standards, as well as those of the Japanese government. The inspectors of the Department of Agriculture who are based in each country check the health of animals before butchery and slaughtering, up until the final product. Only the products that pass the inspection under the strict guidelines determined by the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) program are delivered to our Japanese customers.
